LogosLife rent guide: budget for Saturday and move from Yaba to Lekki

When is rent charged?
Recurring rent is charged when an action moves your game clock into Saturday. It follows the game calendar, rather than the real-world date. Closing the game pauses the clock: coming back on a real Saturday does not itself trigger a payment.
Long actions can carry you over midnight. For example, sleeping late on game Friday can move you into Saturday and charge rent. Check the clock and keep your next payment available before taking an action that crosses that boundary.
How much does each home cost?

Nepo’s Lekki apartment is sponsored, including moving back into it. Other moves immediately deduct one week’s rent. It does not shift the recurring Saturday schedule. Moving just before Saturday can therefore mean paying the move cost and then another rent payment soon afterwards.
A practical budget for moving to Lekki
For LAPO, the Lekki Apartment requires ₦55,000 to move in. Nepo’s Lekki rent is paid by Dad. A more comfortable planning target is ₦110,000 for the move payment and the next weekly payment, plus your food and travel budget. That reserve is a suggestion, not an extra game requirement.
At Banker’s starting pay of ₦11,600, five shifts calculated at base pay gross ₦58,000 and ten gross ₦116,000 before expenses. Compare those totals with the ₦55,000 weekly rent and allow for food and travel. These examples use base pay throughout; actual pay rises with promotions if you stay in that career.
Surulere Apartment costs ₦18,000 per week. You do not need to move there before Lekki, but its smaller recurring bill may fit an earlier stage of your story.
What happens if you cannot afford Saturday rent?
The full rent is deducted and your balance can become negative. Paid activities may be unavailable until you clear the debt. Free walking and a work shift can help you recover if your needs allow it. Avoid treating your entire balance as money available for leisure when the next rent boundary is close.
Before your balance goes negative, walking costs ₦0 and the Market stall action costs ₦0 and pays ₦2,500, provided you have enough energy. Keep the next rent payment in reserve and earn more before an action carries you into Saturday.
